To read your project enquiry, assess whether we can help, and reply to you. Nothing you enter is used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Legal basis.
For the fields marked required: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For any optional field you choose to complete: Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in understanding an enquiry well enough to answer it usefully. You may object to that at any time under Article 21.
Recipients and location.
Our own staff only. The message is stored on our web host, Namecheap, Inc. (AS22612), in the United States — outside the EEA — so it is transferred to a third country under Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).
Retention.
24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If we go on to work together, the relevant records move to the contract file and follow its own retention period.
Your rights.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — write to the address above. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Why there is no phone number here

We publish only contact routes we can stand behind. Estonian public registers do not publish a telephone number for a company, and we would rather give you one reliable channel that is actually read than a number that may ring unanswered. E-mail reaches the people who would do your work.

If a phone call is the right next step, say so in your message and we will arrange one.
