1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by 3S holding OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 16417831, EU VAT EE102621015, registered office Purpuri tn 12-2, 51011 Tartu, Tartu maakond, Estonia, contact info@3sholding.net. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

It is an information site describing our services to organisations, together with forms for contacting us. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment to provide any service. A contract between us arises only from a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Who we work with

We provide services to organisations only — businesses, institutions and public-sector bodies acting in the course of their trade or profession. We do not provide services to consumers. If you are a private individual seeking help with your own device or accounts, we are not the right company and cannot assist you.

4. Services we do not provide

So that there is no ambiguity about what this company sells, the following are outside our scope. We decline these enquiries rather than referring them on:

• Consumer PC, phone or home-network repair, tune-ups or virus removal - we do not serve consumers at all
• Technical support, help-desk or troubleshooting services for software or hardware published by third parties such as Microsoft, Apple, Google or any other vendor - we are not affiliated with, authorised by or acting for any of them
• Password recovery, account unlocking or recovery of access to any account or device
• Unsolicited contact claiming your device is infected, compromised or at risk - we never make such contact, and anyone doing so in this company's name is not us
• Remote-access sessions to a private individual's personal computer
• Search-engine ranking guarantees, ad-account management or lead-generation retainers
• Legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or medical advice of any kind

We state this explicitly because these services are commonly offered by companies that misrepresent their relationship with well-known technology vendors. To be unambiguous: we have no such relationship, we do not act for any vendor, and we will never contact you unprompted to tell you that your device or account has a problem. If someone does so using this company’s name, it is not us — please report it to us at the address above.

5. Trademarks and independence

Platform and product names on this site (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL and others) identify the technologies our engineers build on. They are the trademarks of their respective owners. 3S holding OÜ is an independent software-engineering company and is not an agent, reseller, support provider or authorised representative of any of them, and this site does not offer support for their products.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to:

• use the site or its forms unlawfully, or to send unsolicited commercial messages;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database;
• submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that contains malicious code;
• scrape, copy or systematically extract the site’s content for republication without our written permission;
• impersonate another person or organisation when contacting us.

We may restrict access from a source that abuses the site or its forms, including automated blocking of repeated failed or abusive requests.

7. Information you send us

Please do not send credentials, secrets, personal data about other people, or material subject to a confidentiality obligation through the forms on this site. Material sent to us before a written agreement is in place is not treated as confidential unless we have agreed in writing that it is — if you need confidentiality first, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement and we will sign one.

Personal data you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, text and code of this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own business evaluation; any other reproduction requires our written permission. Third-party names and marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify technologies.

Intellectual property in work we deliver under a client engagement is dealt with in that engagement’s own contract, not here. Our normal position is that the client owns the deliverables on payment.

9. Accuracy and availability

We take care that the information here is accurate at the time of publication, including the company details reproduced from the Estonian Business Register. Registers change; the register itself is authoritative, and the date we read it is shown on the legal identity page.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, without notice.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that: this website is informational, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its general content. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from use of this website. Liability for services we actually perform is governed by the contract for those services, not by these terms.

11. Links to other sites

Where we link to a public register or an authority’s website, we do so to let you verify what we have stated. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, with Harju County Court as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
